Demolition of a 560,000 SF warehouse in Seattle, WA. Work included abating hazardous materials, removing underground storage tanks and crushing generated concrete.

Equipment Utilized: Volvo 350 Excavator, Volvo 380 Excavator, Volvo 380 Hi-Reach Excavator w/70’ Boom, Volvo 480 Excavator, Link-Belt 490 Excavator, Link-Belt 4040 Excavator, Hitachi 270 Hi-Reach Excavator w/60’ Boom, Volvo L90 Wheel Loader, Metso Jaw Crusher, Metso Impact Crusher.

Statistics: Crushed approx. 16,000 tons of concrete for onsite reuse and salvaged 110,000 board feet of lumber.
